Carlton is a musician, producer and songwriter originally from St. Petersburg, Fl. A move to Chicago led to a life changing opportunity for him to partner with his brother to create an independent record label achieving success with over 200 million music streams and earning several awards. Carlton managed the day to day business operations of the label as well as marketing, touring and signing new artists. His experience coupled with his passion for youth compelled him to create a music program for youth called Young Music Giants which has provided engagement to over 100 youth in Chicago. The purpose is to provide a safe outlet for youth to express themselves versatilely but freely while educating them on the professional way to create promote, and protect their music.
